Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Medical Director to lead late-stage dermatology and respiratory clinical development, including trial design, safety oversight, and regulatory deliverables. The role may be located in Spring House, PA, Cambridge, MA, or La Jolla, CA.

The candidate will guide study concepts, collaborate with clinical scientists, and mentor teams while advancing therapies for immune-mediated diseases.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• Three or more years of clinical development or clinical research experience.
• Experience leading interventional clinical trials and study reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase 2/3 trials in dermatology, allergy, or respiratory diseases.
• Serve as medical lead for assigned studies, including safety review and data interpretation.
• Drive cross-functional study teams and regulatory interactions and submissions.
