Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA and Morristown, NJ seeks a Medical Director, Dermatology to lead the US medical/scientific strategy for Dermatology products. You will partner with Medical Field Team, Clinical, Regulatory and Market Access to optimize patient care and outcomes through evidence-based engagement with providers and payers.

The role requires an advanced life sciences degree, 5+ years in Medical Affairs, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences with relevant medical affairs experience.
• Strong track record in developing/leading medical strategies in US Dermatology/Immunology.
• Experience in medical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated US Medical Plan for Dermatology products including MSLs, education, publications, health outcomes and safety.
• Lead budget planning, cross-functional alignment and execution of medical strategies.
• Provide medical review of promotional and scientific materials in compliance with regulations.
