Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs – Dermatology in Morristown, NJ to lead global medical strategy across the Dermatology portfolio, with emphasis on Atopic Dermatitis and HS. You will translate science and external insights into actionable medical objectives and workstreams, partnering with the Global Medical Lead and cross-functional teams.

You will build external expert networks, shape evidence generation, and contribute to portfolio differentiation and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Postdoctoral fellowship training and/or relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in Dermatology/Immunology or related medical affairs roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships across global, regional, and local Medical Affairs teams.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear medical objectives and initiatives for AD and HS.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, and Publications to advance medical strategies.
• Lead evidence-generation planning across AD, HS, and early-stage assets; support studies, real-world evidence and publications.
• Represent Global Medical Affairs in advisory boards, scientific meetings, and external expert engagements.
