Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA (and Morristown, NJ) seeks a Medical Director, Dermatology within US Medical Immunology. You will lead the development and execution of an integrated medical strategy for Dermatology products, collaborating with Clinical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Field Medical to optimize patient outcomes and payer value.

The role requires advanced life sciences training and at least 5 years in Medical Affairs, with strong dermatology/immunology experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required; PhD/PharmD/MD or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Medical Affairs experience.
• Dermatology and/or Immunology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Medical Plan for Dermatology products.
• Lead medical strategy and cross-functional engagement with Clinical, Regulatory and Market Access.
• Oversee MSL resources, budgets, and field engagement plans.
• Provide medical review of promotional and medical materials for compliance.
• Collaborate with Field Medical Head and other partners on regional strategy.
• Manage relationships with Key Thought Leaders and external advisory boards.
