Qualifications

• Minimum PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral degree.
• Postdoctoral fellowship training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in pharma/biotech with progression.
• Dermatology experience with AD/HS preferred.
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships across global, regional, and local Medical Affairs teams to align dermatology strategy.
• Support integrated Global Medical strategies across AD, early-stage pipeline, and HS assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Regulatory, Safety, Medical Communications, Publications, and others.
• Identify evidence gaps and support studies, real-world evidence, biomarker research, and publications.
• Monitor dermatology landscape and translate data into strategic recommendations for asset and portfolio planning.
