Responsibilities

• Advise clients on clinical policy, healthcare AI, and benefits strategy.
• Analyze utilization, claims, and population health information.
• Develop clinical campaigns and rising-risk briefs.
• Lead clinical rounds with clients, TPAs, carriers, and vendor solutions.
• Direct High Cost Claimant management.
• Support sales pitches, renewal cycles, and client growth work.
• Develop clinical presentations and educational materials.
• Represent Included Health at conferences, industry events, and seminars
