This physician leader will play a key role in advancing patient-centered telehealth services while partnering with operational, clinical, and executive teams to drive quality, innovation, and growth. The position offers a unique blend of direct patient care and strategic leadership in a technology-enabled environment focused on transforming healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for a multidisciplinary virtual care team
• Maintain an active patient care practice through telemedicine services
• Partner with organizational leaders to enhance clinical quality, patient outcomes, and provider performance
• Support the development and implementation of innovative digital health initiatives and AI-enabled care solutions
• Contribute to provider recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and operational standards
• Participate in strategic planning related to service expansion, workflow optimization, and care delivery innovation

• Clinical duties comprise approximately 50%-75% of the role, with leadership and operational responsibilities accounting for 25%-50%
