• Establish clear role expectations, accountability, decision rights, and performance expectations for Clinical Leads.
• Coach Clinical Leads in physician leadership, provider engagement, communication, conflict resolution, change management, and practical problem‑solving.
• Foster collaboration and alignment among Clinical Leads across practices, markets, and clinical teams.
