Job summary

Ctifacts is seeking a Medical Director to grow and lead a therapeutic portfolio using medical and clinical development expertise. You will provide medical and safety monitoring of awarded clinical trials and shape the strategy of Ctifacts' medical program with emphasis on cell and gene therapy.

Candidates will have a medical degree and board certification, at least 3 years of clinical research experience, and knowledge of ICH-GCP.

Qualifications

Board-certified physician with a medical degree from an accredited school.
At least 3 years of clinical research/clinical development experience.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial design, statistics, and regulatory/clinical development process.
Previous CRO or industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide medical and safety oversight of awarded clinical trials.
Shape strategy and vision of CTI's medical program with emphasis on cell/gene therapy.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across phases of clinical development.
Engage with sponsors to develop clinical development plans and study strategies.
Support proposals and bid defenses with scientific, clinical, and regulatory input.
Collaborate with regulatory teams on submissions and health authority interactions.
