Qualifikationen

• Board-certified hematologist-oncologist with hematologic malignancies expertise.
• Extensive experience in bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapies.
• Familiarity with FACT accreditation and cGMP standards in cellular therapy.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Nevada.

Aufgaben

• Direct strategic planning and growth of the BMT and Cell Therapy service line.
• Ensure FACT accreditation and other regulatory standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care in hematologic malignancies with focus on cellular therapy and transplant.
• Maintain an active outpatient and inpatient clinical schedule while balancing leadership duties.
• Lead development and implementation of clinical protocols for CAR-T and stem cell therapies.
• Mentor fellows, residents, and advanced practice providers.
