Job summary

The Attending Physician at Eventus WholeHealth leads population health initiatives within our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model, guiding care across post-acute facilities. You will work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver integrated, high-quality care and professional client relations.

In this role you may serve as Medical Director for one or more facilities, providing clinical leadership and oversight while advancing evidence-based, team-based care for residents.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board certification preferred in IM/FM/Geriatrics.
• Active unrestricted medical license; DEA registration as required.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and care coordination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in client facilities and collaborate with APCs to deliver accountable, team-based care.
• Ensure high-quality, population-health oriented care across assigned facilities.
• May serve in Medical Directorship capacity providing clinical leadership.

Education

MD/DO

Board certification (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics)

CMD certification

Active unrestricted medical license

DEA registration

2–3 years post-acute/long-term care experience
