Job summary

CopilotIQ, in partnership with Biofourmis, seeks an MD Medical Director to lead the clinical quality, safety, and effectiveness of chronic condition management and hospital-at-home platforms. You will guide remote care programs, develop evidence-based pathways, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires an active US medical license, board certification in a relevant specialty, and a minimum of five years of post-residency practice.

Qualifications

• MD with an active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, or a related specialty.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical practice.
• Experience managing hypertension, diabetes, CHF, and other chronic Medicare-related conditions.
• Experience developing or overseeing evidence-based clinical protocols and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership for hypertension, diabetes, and CHF programs.
• Oversee evidence-based clinical protocols and care pathways.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and nursing leadership to develop AI-enabled clinical workflows and decision support.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics and program performance.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and payor reporting.
