Hunterdon Health is seeking a Medical Director for Aging & Advanced Illness to lead geriatrics and palliative care programs across the system. The role oversees the Palliative Care Fellowship, shapes curriculum, ensures accreditation, and guides education and clinical training for fellows, while advancing patient-centered care aligned with goals and values.

Competenze

• MD or DO required with Hospice & Palliative Medicine fellowship.
• ABMS board certifications in geriatrics and in hospice/palliative medicine required.
• New Jersey medical license, CDS and DEA certification required.
• Minimum experience: geriatrics clinical practice and graduate medical education leadership.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for aging and serious illness care.
• Lead the Palliative Care Fellowship program, including curriculum and accreditation.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship across inpatient, outpatient, and hospice settings.
