Job summary

Meritus Health in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Board-Certified Physician in Geriatrics to deliver outstanding ambulatory care to older adults and help shape the future of family medicine.

You will provide direct clinical care (60%), lead administrative initiatives to enhance geriatric services and teach residents (40%), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop protocols and quality-improvement projects across the system.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Geriatrics (or eligible)
• Active medical license in Maryland (or eligible for licensure)
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring trainees
• Strong leadership skills with administrative and program-development experience
• Commitment to interdisciplinary care and community engagement

Responsibilities
