Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and direct patient care to meet site service delivery requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate medical services for pre-trial or incarcerated populations.

• Chair or participate in committees including CQI, Infection Control and Pharmacy & Therapeutics.

We are currently seeking a full-time Site Medical Director for clinical services provided to the Maryland incarcerated population at Eastern Correctional Institution - Hagerstown (ECI) in Westover, Maryland.

$25K Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Clinical direction needed and direct patient care to meet the service delivery requirements of assigned site
• Supervision and evaluation of medical services for pre-trial or incarcerated populations.
• Clinical supervision for medical staff.
• Chair or participation in various committees to include Continuous Quality Improvement, Infection Control and Pharmacy and Therapeutics.
• Interfacing with agency clinical and administrative leadership on issues related to medical services.
• Close collaboration with onsite providers and nursing staff in the provision of healthcare services to pre-trial and incarcerated populations
