First Capitol Animal Hospital in St. Charles, MO is seeking an experienced Medical Director Veterinarian to lead our small animal practice. You will mentor veterinarians, uphold medical excellence, and help grow the hospital while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

Ideal candidate has DVM/VMD, Missouri license, leadership experience, and strong surgical/medical skills with an interest in expanding services. Excellent communication and team-building abilities are essential.

First Capitol Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced and collaborative Medical Director Veterinarian to lead our small animal practice in St. Charles, Missouri. Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
