Job summary

inFORME healthcare is seeking a full-time Rehab Medical Director in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role requires leadership in an inpatient rehab setting and board certification (PM&R) or eligible status for Internal/Family Medicine with inpatient rehab experience.

You will oversee a collegial multidisciplinary team and maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with alternating weekends, supported by a strong compensation package including a salary range of $325,000–$425,000 plus RVU-based incentives and

Rehab Medical Director Pleasant Prairie, WI (Full Time)

inFORME healthcare is growing and seeking a full time Medical Director (Physical Medicine and Rehab or an Internal/Family Medicine Physician with inpatient rehab experience). The ideal candidate must have leadership background, be Board Certified (or Board Eligible if Internal/Family Medicine) have inpatient hospitalist experience. You will work with a well-established and prestigious group and stellar inpatient medicine team known for their track record in clinical outcomes.

This opportunity is full time working Monday to Friday and alternating weekends in a combined schedule with other providers for support. You can adjust your schedule to cover full shifts or even alternate some days with another provider. This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hr. shift requirement.

Additionally, we offer a very robust compensation and benefit package including Medical Director stipend, shift reimbursement including RVU incentive and bonus opportunity with a salary range of $325,000-$425,000/year depending on your preference for sharing with another provider.
