Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within a clinical group or department.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients within a patient-centered, interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership as Medical Director with a partner schedule and APP support.
• Oversee daily patient care, documentation, and clinical operations as part of the group.

inFORME healthcare is growing and seeking a Medical Director (IM with rehab experience or PMR) par time 3-4 days a week with leadership experience) Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist Physician or Physical Medicine & Rehab working with a well-established and prestigious group known for stellar track record in clinical outcomes,.

This opportunity is part time (3-4 days a week) working a combined schedule with another providers weekly. Shifts ranging from 3-5 hours on site (dependent on efficiency) with a max caseload of 10. This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hr. shift requirement. You will have APP support on off days to assist with daily patient care. Additionally, we offer a very robust hourly compensation and benefit package. You will experience one of the most collegiate groups of people you will ever work with. Great opportunity for supplemental Part Time work with a salary of up to $200,000/year.

The physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a patient centered, compassionate environment as a part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.
