Job summary

inFORME healthcare, LLC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician or an Internal Medicine Physician with inpatient rehab experience for a Medical Director role in a Florida in-patient rehab hospital.

The position supports an physician-driven medical model with a cohesive interdisciplinary team and offers an excellent work-life balance with flexible start and end times.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehab or board certified Internal Medicine with inpatient rehab experience.
• Full Florida Medical Licensure and DEA registration or eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients in a patient-centered, compassionate environment as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide consultative support to medicine and collaborate closely with IM for complex cases.
• Lead and participate in a physician-driven model with focus on clinical outcomes.

Summary: inFORME healthcare is growing and seeking a full time Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician or an Internal Medicine Physician with IPR experience for a Medical Director role. You will be working alongside highly capable medical staff and for a well-established and prestigious group known for their physician driven medical model and stellar track record in clinical outcomes. This opportunity is full time, working in-patient rehab hospital. It is a Monday through Friday shift rotation. PM/R will work alongside medicine in a consultative capacity and will work closely with IM as a complement to medical complexities. This position offers excellent work-life balance, with flexible starting and ending times. Additionally, we offer a very robust hourly compensation and benefit package dependent on employment status.
