inFORME healthcare is seeking a full-time Rehab Medical Director in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role requires leadership in an inpatient rehab setting and board certification (PM&R) or eligible status for Internal/Family Medicine with inpatient rehab experience.

You will oversee a collegial multidisciplinary team and maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with alternating weekends, supported by a strong compensation package including a salary range of $325,000–$425,000 plus RVU-based incentives and

Formación

• Must be Board Certified (or Board Eligible if Internal/Family Medicine) with inpatient rehab experience.
• Strong leadership background required.
• Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehab or Internal/Family Medicine with inpatient rehab experience.
• Inpatient hospitalist experience preferred.
