Job summary

VCA Dakota Ridge Animal Hospital in Littleton, CO, is seeking a Medical Director to lead medical quality and direction with the backing of a strong veterinary network. You’ll practice excellent medicine while mentoring staff and collaborating with operations and HR teams.

You’ll join a hospital open Monday–Saturday with flexible scheduling and a commitment to fear-free techniques, client service, and continuous learning through WOOF University and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

  • DVM degree from an accredited university.
  • Colorado licensure in good standing or ability to obtain.
  • Commitment to the highest standard of medical ethics.

Schedule
  • Full-Time schedule
  • Our hospital is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm & Saturday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • This position will include (4) 10-hour shifts with Saturday rotation
Cases
  • Our practice focuses on providing comprehensive care for cats and dogs
  • Mixture of wellness, sick, and emergency patients.

  • Compensation negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
  • Annual salary starting at $145,000 – $160,000 plus stipends, production, and bonus potential.
