VCA Dakota Ridge Animal Hospital in Littleton, CO is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical excellence while leveraging the backing of a national network. You will guide medical quality and direction with support from Operations, Marketing, HR, Payroll, and more.

The role emphasizes world-class medicine, mentorship, and a collaborative team culture, with a schedule that includes four 10-hour shifts and Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Colorado, or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.

Schedule

• Full-Time schedule
• Our hospital is open Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 7:00pm & Saturday from 8:00am - 4:00pm
• This position will include (4) 10-hour shifts with Saturday rotation

• Our practice focuses on providing comprehensive care for cats and dogs
• Mixture of wellness, sick, and emergency patients.

Compensation

• Compensation negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
• Annual salary starting at $145,000 - $160,000 plus stipends, production, and bonus potential.
• This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
