Job summary

Community Healthcare Network is seeking a Medical Director/Clinician for the Sutphin Boulevard Health Center at 97-04 Sutphin Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11435. This role reports to the Chief of Primary Care and leads clinical affairs at the Center, supervising clinicians and partnering with the Center Director to manage medical operations.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid NYS medical license and have at least one year of post-graduate residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.

We are seeking a Medical Director/Clinician for our Sutphin Boulevard Health Center located at 97-04 Sutphin Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11435 .

Reporting to the Chief of Primary Care, this position is responsible for assuming leadership in clinical affairs at a particular CHN Center; supervises other clinicians at that Center and teams with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center.

The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
