Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking Medical Directors or Managing Veterinarians in the Bay Area. This leadership role drives the future of a clinic, partnering with hospital teams to support colleagues and patients while making autonomous decisions to meet clients' needs.

Candidates must be AVMA-accredited graduate or have passed the ECFVG or PAVE certification. The position offers a generous base plus production bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, relocation or sign-on

NVA supports multiple hospital sites in California - each staffed with an internal Managing Veterinarian and Hospital Manager - who partner together to drive the day-to-day functions at the hospital level, autonomously make decisions to support their teams and serve their specific clients by addressing their unique needs.

Experience Requirement

• Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program.
