Job summary

Accuray Incorporated in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Medical Devices to lead cross-functional projects supporting new product development, changes, sustaining releases, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Around 5 years of cross-functional project management experience.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical topics.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans and risk registers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• On-site in Madison, Wisconsin up to three days per week; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, actions, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
• Learn technical topics quickly and translate into clear plans.
• Escalate issues with recommendations and drive actions to closure.
• Prepare leadership updates and governance documentation.
