Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical-devices inventory requests and support scheduled surgical cases.
• Prepare, pack, ship, track, and receive product sets and replenishment inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory locations, field assignments, case usage, returns, and availability.
• Coordinate with field representatives regarding case requirements, inventory needs, returns, and follow-up.
• Maintain organized sales-agency records, agreements, contact information, territories, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding inventory needs, order status, delivery schedules, and supply issues.
• Support quality-system activities, including complaint intake, nonconforming product control, quarantine activities, CAPA support, and related recordkeeping.
• Maintain accurate and traceable operational and quality documentation to support company processes and audit readiness.
