Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Experience in Medical Devices or Management Consulting is a plus.
• Advanced Excel modelling is required.
• Experience writing equity research notes and client-facing communications.
• Strong PowerPoint skills are required.
• Adaptable with ability to work under pressure.
• CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain earnings, valuation and industry models leveraging accounting, finance and economics.
• Write research reports for initiations of coverage, data analysis, earnings results and industry news.
• Interact with institutional investors, supply models and data analyses on request.
• Track industry news and assess implications for covered companies.
• Build and maintain relationships with investor relations and management of covered companies.
• Conduct industry diligence and primary research via surveys, calls, and channel checks.
• Support internal sales and trading with timely sector analyses.
