Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of relevant business experience or a Supply Chain degree or Co-op/internship.
• Purchasing, manufacturing, or MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP outputs daily to trigger planned orders, expedites, de-expedites, and cancellations.
• Limit backorders while communicating status to internal teams.
• Maintain and review Forecast vs. Actual sales for assigned products.
• Attend weekly supplier conference calls.
• Distribute Engineering Change Requests to suppliers and track inventory disposition.
• Discuss defective goods with QA and suppliers to determine action.
• Responsible for PO receipts of non-inventoried goods, invoices, MRO and credit card purchases.
• Apply knowledge of materials management, regulations, and cost analysis.
