Job summary

Arthrex GmbH in Santa Barbara, CA, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist I to ensure throughput and production goals by supporting Production, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering in material processing. The role focuses on receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The position requires basic SAP knowledge, familiarity with warehouse operations, and ability to work in a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Quality Management System requirements.
• Maintain warehouse and inventory in an organized, clean fashion.
• Operate material handling equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Process PO receipts, verify materials and documents match requirements.
• Label inventory and maintain traceability across movements.
• Maintain accuracy of ERP system inventory movements (SLOC to SLOC).
• Perform inventory cycle counts and discrepancy investigations as directed.
• Create DHR folders to support Production Order processing.
• Print device labels and inspect for conformance.
• Kit production orders and provide required documentation and labels.
• Support Production with DHRs and product labels as needed.
• Process shipping requests and Delivery Pick Lists for non-inventory items.
