Job summary

Arthrex is a global medical device company seeking an Inventory Control Specialist I to ensure throughput and production plan goals. You will support Production, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering with direct and indirect material flow, labeling, and ERP-tracked inventory.

Responsibilities include processing PO receipts, maintaining stock accuracy, and assisting with KPI-driven improvements. A high school diploma is required, and SAP/Office skills are preferred; FDA/ISO familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic inventory management and control concepts.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Ability to operate SAP WM main functions.
• Knowledge of production and manufacturing flow.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Quality Management System requirements.
• Maintain warehouse and inventory in an organized, clean fashion.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, swing reach lifts).
• Process direct and indirect material PO receipts and verify quantities.
• Label inventory and maintain traceability in ERP systems.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare Device History Records (DHR) and related documentation.
• Support production with kitted orders and required labels.
