Qualifications

• Experience using a microscope is required.
• Verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be able to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Must be detail oriented, focused and organized.
• Must comply with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC visual inspections of finished products per ISO 13485.
• Determine acceptability of products based on visual defects and cosmetic criteria.
• Follow internal and customer specifications for conformance.
• Act as a trainer for other Inspector–I employees.
• Complete inspection reports and product travelers as required.
• Enter data into MRP system and track quantities and scrap codes.
