Job summary

restor3d, Inc. is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure quality in medical and surgical products. You will perform in-process visual and dimensional inspections, final product checks, and report nonconforming material.

You will also support general quality activities and maintain traceability across the production line. Key responsibilities include reading technical drawings, preparing nonconformance reports, and collaborating with Production and Quality Engineering to disposition nonconforming

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience using inspection equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections, including dimensional, visual, testing, and CMM inspections using standard inspection tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Maintain full traceability of products and materials with proper documentation practices.
• Document inspection results and process steps accurately per quality system requirements.
• Prepare nonconformance reports with support from Quality Engineering.
• Collaborate with Production and Product Development on evaluation and disposition of nonconforming product.
• Review packing slips and packaged products for accuracy (quantity, lot numbers, part numbers).
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and fulfillment as needed.
