This role reports to the Territory Sales Manager and focuses on territory growth across clinics, hospitals and labs. The position emphasizes achieving sales goals, providing excellent service, and maintaining accurate CRM records while supporting territory logistics and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Driver’s license required for travel within the territory.
• Background check and hospital credentialing required.

Responsibilities

• Sell Arthrex products to achieve territory sales goals.
• Develop sales strategy and prepare for activities with Territory Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager.
• Conduct office/clinic based sales calls, lunches, dinners, local labs, product demos, in-services and other sales activities with HCP/Administrative Customers.
• Utilize and Maintain CRM to track opportunity progress, wins or losses.
• Sell Arthrex educational courses and drive customer attendance to Arthrex courses and Single Day Labs.
• Be proactive in asking for the business and closing opportunities.
