Bridgeway Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and grow a medical device territory across five states.

This field-based role focuses on selling into hospitals and acute-care environments, navigating complex hospital procurement, and building lasting relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders to expand the territory. The successful candidate will own the territory, drive new business, and nurture long-term customer relationships while delivering strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience selling into hospitals or acute-care environments.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
• Able to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Self-directed and capable of handling a large geographic territory.
• Willing to meet credentialing requirements and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory.
• Expand business within existing hospital and healthcare accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Sell medical devices and capital equipment in hospital settings.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and administrators.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical in-services.
• Develop relationships with clinical advocates and industry influencers.
• Partner with clinical and sales leadership to grow the territory.
