Job summary

Neurocare, Inc. is seeking a dependable Full-Time tech to join our Needham lab. No experience is required— Paid training will be provided as you join an expanding team in healthcare. You will educate patients on HST devices, upload data, and help prepare devices for testing in a supportive environment.

Key duties include documenting interactions, assisting with QA initiatives, and inventory control, all while collaborating with a skilled team in a daytime, on-site role at our Needham laboratory.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Position:

The Device Tech serves as a key member of the department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of Home Sleep Testing (HST) devices.

Primary duties consist of:
  • Educate patients on proper use of the HST device
  • Upload data from device
  • Prepare devices for testing
  • Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record
  • Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives
  • Inventory and track HST devices and associated supplies
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in customer service role
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
Required skills and attributes:
  • Superior verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
