Job summary

Neurocare, Inc. is a Needham, MA based healthcare company seeking a dependable Full-Time Device Tech to join our team. This role focuses on educating patients on Home Sleep Testing devices, uploading data, and preparing devices for testing, while accurately documenting patient interactions in medical records.

No prior experience is required; paid training will be provided. This Monday–Friday daytime position includes competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

About the Position:

The Device Tech serves as a key member of the department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of Home Sleep Testing (HST) devices.

Primary duties consist of:

• Educate patients on proper use of the HST device
• Upload data from device
• Prepare devices for testing
• Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record
• Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives
• Inventory and track HST devices and associated supplies

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in customer service role
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
