Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Software Test Technician/Engineer to join our hybrid Minnetonka/Winnipeg team. You will develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for medical software, using C#, WPF, and C++ with NUnit, Google Test, and JUnit.

You’ll ensure traceability from requirements to results and support CI/CD and regulatory submissions. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, experience with regulated environments, and collaboration with software engineers, QA,

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in software development or software testing, preferably in regulated settings.
• Asso./tech certs acceptable; Bachelors preferred for advanced roles.
• Hands-on with C#, WPF, and C++; familiarity with test automation frameworks a must.

Responsibilities

• Develops, executes, and maintains manual and automated tests for medical software.
• Creates and runs test scripts with NUnit, Google Test, and JUnit; documents results clearly.
• Maintains traceability between requirements, tests, and results within Jama.
• Configures test environments, benches, and lab equipment for verification testing.
• Participates in CI/CD using Jenkins; collaborates with engineers and QA staff.
• Supports risk planning, audits, and regulatory submissions as needed.
