Job summary

IQVIA, partnered with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative as an entry point into medical device sales. This hunter role requires disciplined prospecting and high call volume to turn conversations into prescribing relationships.

You’ll educate clinicians, build a territory pipeline, and aim to meet monthly and quarterly targets. No clinical experience required, travel within territory expected, and a clear path to Territory Manager exists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience at world-class sales training companies is a plus.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement preferred.
• Hunter mentality; coachable, competitive, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget.
