Job summary

Beltone Prescott, a private hearing healthcare practice, is seeking a Hearing Instrument Trainee to join our growing patient base. You will guide patients through diagnostic testing, selection, fitting and purchasing of Beltone hearing instruments, under the supervision of our team, while building strong patient relationships.

We provide training, ancillary staff support, lead programs, and marketing initiatives to help you achieve your goals and grow within a supportive Beltone environment

Qualifications

• Must pass all exams to obtain license to dispense hearing instruments in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Complete hearing evaluations that must include sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, and MCL.
• Make recommendations to clients as to the make and model of the Beltone product based on their hearing loss situation.
• Fit prospective clients with Beltone hearing instruments.
• Provide appropriate follow up care for all patients.
• Ensure the Belcare promise to every patient.
• Manage assigned office, including supervision of Patient Care Coordinator.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow Sycle and Cash Management procedures.
• Track and provide feedback on all referrals from marketing initiatives.
• Follow all Beltone corporate policies, procedures and pricing programs.
