Qualifications

• Must have mechanical/technical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read and follow manuals, work instructions, and documentation.
• Strong communication with team members and customers, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand tools to assemble and repair items with small parts.
• Operate microscopes and test equipment, such as light sources and video processors.
• Perform precise hand soldering and ensure quality workmanship.
• Read and follow manuals, work instructions, and job standards.
• Maintain a customer-oriented approach in all tasks and interactions.
• Input data and complete documentation using basic computer skills.
