Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical field preferred.
1–3 years in manufacturing, preferably medical devices or regulated industry.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs.
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for intricate assembly.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
Basic computer skills for data entry and manufacturing software.
Ability to troubleshoot with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assemble medical devices and sub-assemblies per instructions and specs.
Conduct functional, electrical, and mechanical tests using specialized equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues; perform root cause analysis.
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with proper calibration.
Document test results, production records, and non-conformances.
Follow safety, ISO 13485, FDA regs, and quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance processes and quality.
Collaborate with engineers, QA, and production staff.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
