The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources and risks, and ensures stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a biomedical/engineering background, 7+ years in leadership within medical devices or high-tech industries, and 4+ years in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in medical device or high-tech industry.
• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development execution with a cross-functional team to achieve project deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables from concept through commercialization with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets with input from cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program risks and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Manage project resources including personnel and budget.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
