Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking a Quality Inspector II to verify materials and finished products, ensuring conformance to specifications. You will document results, use precision tools, and support audits while maintaining DHR records and lot release documentation.

The role emphasizes adherence to GDP, problem-solving, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience, medical device preferred.
• Proficient in MD Suite; MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of GD&T and ability to read drawings/specifications.
• Familiar with standard inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, scales, pin gauges.
• Strong organizational, detail oriented, team and independent contributor.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and maintain documentation.
• Analytical with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming raw materials, in-process, and final product to ensure conformance.
• Maintain records to document evidence of conformance.
• Inspect components and documentation for purchased product.
• Inspect product using gages and visual standards; perform tensile testing.
• Document inspection results with GDP and generate Quality Material Reports.
• Disposition material after inspection and MRB activities.
• Maintain accurate Inspection Record files and DHR records.
• Provide lot release documentation to customers and review DHR packets.
• Assist with production re-inspection and support internal/external audits.
