Job summary

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Minnesota to perform receiving, in-process and final inspections, document results, and ensure product traceability. The role supports internal audits, calibration control, and adherence to ISO 9002, FDA QSR, and customer standards.

The shift is 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with pay range $20-$26 per hour based on experience. Strong inspection skills, attention to detail, and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience in medical device manufacturing and quality control.
• 3+ years' experience as a Quality Control Inspector.
• Able to interpret technical drawings & specifications.
• Proficient in using microscopes and inspection equipment.
• Able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, measure and test incoming parts, first piece, in-process and final product; record results.
• Indicate inspection status with labels and stamps.
• Maintain product identification and traceability.
• Control non-conforming product per procedures and verify corrective actions.
• Assist with process documentation and calibration records.
• Participate in internal quality audits to verify compliance.
