Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is hiring a Quality Inspector for a 1st shift role in Minnesota. You will conduct mechanical and visual inspections, document findings, and ensure products meet specifications. Prior experience in manufacturing and ISO 13485 understanding are preferred.

Responsibilities include in-process and final inspections, reporting non-conformances, and collaborating with the Production Supervisor to maintain quality. Comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of ISO 13485.
• Experience with measurement and testing equipment.
• Vision System experience a plus.
• Proficient in blue print reading.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical and visual inspections; report and isolate non-conforming product.
• Perform in-process inspections and document findings.
• Inspect finished products for conformance; conduct visual and dimensional testing; create rejections and document re-work.
• Document inspection results; complete IP forms and enter data into database; prepare shipping packets.
• Communicate quality issues to Supervisor.
