Job summary

Cretex Medical in Minnesota seeks a Quality Inspector to perform first piece, in-process and final inspections per control/quality plans. You will review and approve release documentation and inspect incoming materials in a GMP environment.

The 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 - 10:30 pm) involves dimensional checks with CMM, OGP and other metrology tools, ensuring quality and accurate records while promoting 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with measuring instruments and inspection methods.
• Read and comprehend customer drawings/specs; record results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect injection molded parts for quality, appearance and performance.
• Inspect assemblies for quality, appearance and performance.
• Inspect received materials and audit final product documentation before release.
• Determine reasons for defects and read quality control plans and specifications.
• Record hours and maintain 5S organized work area; support OE program.
