Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a temporary QC Inspector in Santa Rosa to support the Quality team. You will inspect components, subassemblies, and finished medical devices to ensure compliance with quality standards.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 1–5 years QC experience, experience with measurement instruments, and the ability to read procedures, drawings, and specifications. Work in a cleanroom and follow GDP, SOPs and document results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years in Quality Control, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
• Ability to read procedures, drawings and specifications.
• Experience with measurement instruments and inspection techniques.
• Strong documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, audits, functional testing, and quality checks.
• Review lot history records and Device History Records (DHR).
• Inspect components, subassemblies, finished products, and tools.
• Document inspection and testing results following GDP requirements.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Perform product rework as needed.
• Work in a cleanroom environment.
• Perform temperature and particle count monitoring.
• Complete ERP (QAD) and MES transactions.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and established quality procedures.
