Job summary

Elite in Bartlett, TN, seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary customer advocate for medical device manufacturing programs from quotation through production, launch, and lifecycle management.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Quality and Purchasing to meet customer requirements, timelines and financial objectives, while leading NPI and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management with 3+ years within medical device manufacturing, contract manufacturing and/or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers; develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, project status updates, and escalation management; lead program launch activities including transfer-to-production, validation, and commercialization efforts.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality and Purchasing to align on customer requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction and support retention and growth initiatives; ensure programs meet timelines, cost objectives and regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple programs from concept through commercialization and production.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
