Bracco Medical Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Technical Training Intern/co-op to learn alongside our Operations team. The role reports to the Sr.

Technical Training Specialist and involves using state‑of‑the‑art training equipment to develop online materials for initial and ongoing training. You will assist in live technical training for field and in‑house staff, help establish new training standards, produce videos, and develop LMS procedures, work instructions and process

Qualifications

Current sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Business, HR, Instructional Design, Communication Studies or related degree.
Strong interest in the medical device industry.
Effective oral and written communication
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

Develop online training products for initial and ongoing training requirements.
Assist in conducting live technical training for field and in‑house staff.
Help develop training standards, programs, videos and materials.
Assist in developing LMS procedures, work instructions and process documentation.
