Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Supervisor of Quality Control to lead a team on the floor, directing daily workload and ensuring timely inspection and disposition according to regulatory and customer requirements.

The role includes developing inspection methods, training compliance, and ensuring audit readiness, with emphasis on on‑time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction. The position is onsite in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• ISO 13485/ISO 9001 familiarity.
• Quality systems auditing.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Inspection equipment use and maintenance.
• Advanced GD&T.
• Lean manufacturing.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Quality Control team.
• Able to stay accountable and achieve results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and support to quality control personnel (inspectors, technicians, and programmers).
• Lead and prioritize daily workload for the team.
• Coordinate MRB activities through disposition and corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve internal training system and document control processes.
• Lead internal audit team for continuous quality improvements.
• Monitor safety and OE program usage.
• Collaborate with program management, quality engineering, and NPI engineering.
• Understand customer needs and core markets.
